Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Land administration systems are undergoing radical changes, primarily involving a transition from analog to electronic environments. This significantly simplifies data maintenance, increases data availability and transparency, and enables dissemination through online services. Despite the many advantages of electronic land information management, an analog mindset still persists. Traditionally, land administration systems consist of four main functions: land interests, land value, land use, and land development. Each of these functions is inherently independent, with its own procedures, data organization, regulations, and perspectives on data importance. However, they all rely on the same unit of registration, which is the cadastral parcel. The transition of these heterogeneous functions into an integrated land administration system could be achieved by implementing international standards such as ISO 19152 Land Administration Domain Model. This project proposal will examine the applicability of the LADM standard to the current state of the reference land administration system with the aim of developing a standardized land administration system. Objectives include: developing a standardized data model and examining use cases based on daily interactions of users and land administration system functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
